How fast will my order be shipped?

Within 2 – 4 business days.

How long does delivery take?

Your order is shipped via Deutsche Post & DHL and depends on your destination country. A tracking number will be provided. If there are any crucial delays, we will investigate the location of your shipment. We do not use Express Shipping, shipments might take a while for international shipments.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship within the EU as well as to several selected countries outside the EU.

Which payment methods are available?

We offer the following three payment methods in my shop:

• Credit Card

• Sofort (Instant Bank Transfer)

• PayPal

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on your order and the destination country. The exact shipping fee will be calculated at the end of the checkout process.

My order hasn't arrived after more than a week. What should I do?

In this case, please send us a message using the contact form. We will figure out a solution.

Parts of my order are damaged or incorrect. Will I get a replacement?
